Terms

Use whatsrating for legitimate customer feedback and review workflows.

These terms govern access to and use of whatsrating. By creating a workspace, inviting teammates, sending campaigns, or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and within the limits shown in the product.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace information, account access, and activity under your credentials.
  • Workspace admins control team invitations, roles, API keys, campaign sends, and data controls.
  • You must keep login credentials and API keys confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

  • Use whatsrating only for permissioned customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and review workflows.
  • Do not upload purchased lists, send spam, impersonate another organization, or mislead recipients.
  • Do not collect sensitive personal information through surveys unless you have the legal basis, safeguards, and consent required for that data.
  • Do not attempt to bypass workspace limits, security controls, unsubscribe handling, or API restrictions.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the recipient lists, metadata, survey questions, and responses you submit to whatsrating. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, secure, and support that data as part of providing the service.

Billing and plans

Free, Starter, and Growth plans have usage limits shown on the pricing page and in Settings. Paid billing may be handled through Stripe or a manual pilot process. We may update plans, limits, and pricing over time. Existing paying customers will receive reasonable advance notice before material changes take effect.

Availability and changes

We work to keep whatsrating available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if a workspace violates these terms, creates deliverability or abuse risk, exceeds limits, fails to pay applicable fees, or threatens the security or integrity of the service. You may stop using the service or request workspace deletion from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

whatsrating provides feedback workflow and analytics tools; it does not guarantee business outcomes, retention improvement, or customer behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, whatsrating is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and business mature. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, email, or website before they take effect.
